MR did a great job removing the virus from my computer and installing a security program. They also have the capability to quickly transfer data from one hard drive to another. Finally, they are military-friendly, offering a 30% discount to active duty personnel. With or without the discount, by far the best rates around. Highly recommended!

Bryan Scott is a godsend to everyone who has a computer. He is VERY talented and resourceful when it comes to his profession. I was referred to him by a mutual friend. First of all, let me say that it is only now that I saw ALL your new Home Page animation! Cute! Dancing hippos . . . haven't seen that since Fantasia . . . but this is a phat hippo!! Second in line, but not second in importance, is the good service I've received from Bryan. Bryan, you have helped me when my problems have been small or large for quite a few years. You are dependable, responsive, kind--and--oh, yes--very, very nice. That means a lot. I never feel like a total dunce when you help me. You can bring it down to my level, and I appreciate that. Those little things that seem big to me, you always listen to and do your best to bring them about for me. I also like the remote service where you can jump into my computer, fish around, and fix things for me, and all I have to do is watch (or not). Thanks for being there for us. It is very difficult to find someone you can trust in your home, who will really work with you to fix a problem, and be reasonably priced as well, and, of course, who knows what they are doing on computers and home set-up of several "shared" computers. I've worked with a number of I.T. groups over the years. MR Computer Services is by far the best group I've ever worked with. We have four computers. MR has worked on all of them, many times on weekends at weird hours. We've had issues on my main computer (that I utilize for work as a private consultant in my home based office) that were extremely difficult to figure out and repair. MR would not leave until the issues were resolved. Through Log-Me-In MR performs updates and scans for malware at night at their own cost and time. To make sure all is working properly. I can't say enough good things about this group. As a result I've brought MR two new customers who were also very impressed with MR's service, promptness, and the willingness to go the "extra mile" to make sure the customer is happy.

I am very pleased with Bryan and the service. He told me what my problem was over the phone. I spoke with at least FOUR Techs with AT&T,each one wanted to transfer me to an Advanced tech, for an upfront charge ($149.00) I could get an appt. I got my yellow pages MR was the first and only call I made (the location is close to my home.) When I talked with Bryan the second time, fortunately for me he was able to come to my home within about 30 mins. He had my puter clean and running in no time.
